5 out of 5 stars Better than it looks.   August 6, 2008
    J. Kelley (Orange County, CA)
It looks flimsy, but it did a great job. It has soft fins and completely safe, you can't hurt yourself. It does a great job at moving the air around a stuffy tent.

4 out of 5 stars Fan is Great in a pinch   June 23, 2008
    Alicia Gonzales (California)
I own two of these Fans that we use in our 21 ft. Travel trailer we place as to create a cross wind in our trailer when we are camping with no hook ups and / or do not want to waste our Power on the A/C. It is defanitly a two fan job if needed for a large area. one would be good for a small tent.

2 out of 5 stars weak and noisy   June 5, 2008
    William B. Greer (Dallas, TX)
This fan produces a gentle breeze that can cool off a small tent on a hot night. And it will run all night at low power on a set of D cells. But after just a few uses it has become very noisy. It still seems to work OK if you can stand the racket.

    5 out of 5 stars Wonderful   June 1, 2008
    Rebecca J. Welch
This fan is everything I could have wanted. It is so, so quiet. I use at work. Moves "alot" of air, even on low. I have only placed one set of batteries so far. Seem to be very easy on batteries.

4 out of 5 stars Does a Nice Job for a Little Fan, Good Battery Life   April 8, 2008
Shamus Macgillicuddy (Brooklyn, NY United States)
This little Coleman fan does a good job for its small size. I like that the blades are stiff foam rubber - no whacked fingers, and no extra grill to impede air flow. It's great for small spaces or for setting next to you.

Be realistic though - Obviously, the little thing is not something that would do you much good from across the room in a house/home setting. It's great for a cabin, a tent, a boat, a van; and several notches above the battery powered fans I've seen otherwise. Battery life is surprisingly good - usually battery powered fans are dead in a few hours. Not this one. Another excellent Coleman product.
