quality of product is fine; however, I wanted to match the pillow to the hammock material and there was no way to do that. When I wrote to customer service, they said that they were located in a different place and could not check with the warehouse, etc. In the end we kept the pillow because we did not want the hassle of a return. Luckily it is not a bad match... beige pillow with rainbow brazillian hammock, but not ideal.
