Weather tolerant fibbers resist water absorption for long outdoor life. Constructed of a continuous weave made from 3-ply rope, the polyester rope bed spans 55" and maintains position, providing superior relaxation. Hand-tied bowline knot tightens with use. Hammock clew is macramed for artistic design while rope hammock ends tassel for rustic effect. 1,000 feet of rope used in hammock construction for durable woven bed with double-latch construction and 14 loops in body adding more rope for greater comfort and strength. The Large Polyester Rope Hammock supports 450 lbs. Spreader bars are constructed of solid oak for strength. They are triple dipped in marine spar varnish for a smooth finish. This Hatteras Hammocks comes hardware made of heavy-duty blue chrome zinc. One piece weld ring and chain prevents loss of hardware and provides for easy adjustment of hammock height. Two inch diameter ring and welded chain ensure safety. Zinc plated eyebolt is the largest in the industry for added protection and strength. Eased edges of spreader ensure safety.
